All types of revenue received by the Government of Nepal except Guthi amount, all loans taken as security of revenue, all money received during the recovery of any loan granted under the authority of the Act and any other amount received by the Government of Nepal unless otherwise provided by the Federal Act. The income will be tied up in a government fund called the Federal Reserve Fund.
